CARA-CARA
Spageti
Rebus spageti + mnyk zaitun sikit + segenggam ayam kisar kepal (jimat masa)
Ayam kisar agak2 dah memutih, angkat dan asingkan
Spageti tunggu hingga lembut(jgn terlalu lembut sbb takut hilang rassa 'italian' bila makan)
Kuah Spageti
Panaskan periuk masa + letak minyak zaitun.
Campak bwg putih dadu, tunggu bau wangi
masuk ayam kisar / ayam potong kecik (yg direbus sekejap ngn spageti)
Kacau agak2 masak rata + tuang separuh (ikut suka) carbonara prego
Kacau sama rata
Tuang 2 peket instant mushroom soup vono
bubuh air rebusan spageti (saje kasi ada rasa).
Bajet sendiri kepekatan (ikut suka).
Rasa sikit if dah balance rasa carbonara ngn mushroom soup kira ok
tabur sikit daun oregano
Bubuh dlm spageti kat pinggan then ngap...

the impromptu recipe idea is a combination from ibu dan anak's favourite pasta sauce / soup disebabkan ketiadaan stok normal tradisi prego di dapur (tin merah)
digantikan dgn carbonara (ibu's favourite) and
diupgrade dgn mushroom chicken soup (inas fav)
