AYAM CENDAWAN

BAHAN-BAHAN
Lada kering 2 batang potong 2
Halia
bawang putih
Cendawan shitake kering (rendam air panas)
Sos tiram
Sos pekat
Stok ayam
Lada hitam
Minyak bijan
Tepung jagung

CARA-CARA
1. Tumis lada kering
2. Masuk halia n bawang putih
3. Masuk ayam
4. Masuk sos tiram n kicap pekat
5. Bubuh cendawan n stok ayam n air
6. Ayam masak masuk tepung jagung
7. Lastly, tabur lada hitam n minyak bijan.
